Refund policy
At CleanJetX, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Return Period
Customers have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unused and unopened,
- be in the same condition in which it was received,
- include the original packaging,
- and include proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Items that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered after delivery will not be accepted.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To evaluate the issue, we may require:
- clear photos of the item,
- photos of the packaging,
- and, when possible, a video showing the opening of the package.
CleanJetX reserves the right to reject claims that do not include sufficient evidence.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- opened or used products,
- items without original packaging,
- products damaged after delivery,
- sale items,
- gift cards,
- and products returned without prior approval.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If approved, customers may return the original item and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must still be:
- unused,
- unopened,
- in its original condition,
- and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days.
Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.

Additional Information
CleanJetX reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or cancellations in cases of:
- suspected fraud,
- abusive return behavior,
- unusual activity,
- or violations of this policy.
