CleanJetX currently ships to all countries within the European Union (EU).

We reserve the right to expand or limit shipping destinations at any time.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may be extended during:
- holidays,
- promotional periods,
- high order volumes,
- or unforeseen logistical situations.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email after successfully placing an order.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are approximately:
- 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on:
- destination country,
- customs procedures,
- local carriers,
- weather conditions,
- and international logistics operations.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
CleanJetX may offer free shipping promotions at its discretion.
5. TRACKING INFORMATION
When available, tracking information will be provided via email after the order has been processed and shipped.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
6. SHIPPING DELAYS
CleanJetX is not responsible for delays caused by:
- customs clearance,
- transportation disruptions,
- carrier issues,
- force majeure events,
- inaccurate customer information,
- or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery dates are estimates and not contractual guarantees.
7. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
CleanJetX is not responsible for:
- lost packages,
- failed deliveries,
- or additional costs
resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If a package appears lost or delayed, customers should contact us at:
support@cleanjetx.com
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
CleanJetX is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
9. DAMAGED PACKAGES
Customers must inspect their package upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- clear photographs of the item,
- photographs of the packaging,
- and, when possible, a video of the package opening.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of the claim.
10. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT FEES
International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import duties or local taxes depending on the destination country.
Such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
Customers must contact support as soon as possible regarding cancellation requests.
